ADSI Program (Adipose-Derived SVF Injection)

ADSI (Adipose-Derived SVF Injection) is an approach to restoring the scalp and hair roots, in which the patient’s own fat goes through a process of separating and preparing components that contain cells and bioactive substances, before being applied to the scalp according to the doctor’s treatment plan.

At MP Clinic, we use the SVF + Nanofat Technology concept, focusing on restoring the environment around the hair roots to support hair root function and scalp health.

What Is ADSI Made Of?

SVF (Stromal Vascular Fraction) is a component obtained from fat tissue, which contains several types of cells, such as

  • ADSCs – Adipose-derived stem cells
  • Pericytes – Cells associated with blood vessels
  • Endothelial Cells – Cells lining the blood vessels
  • Immune Cells – Cells associated with the immune system

Combined with Nanofat which is fat prepared into tiny particles for use in the restoration process according to the treatment plan.

The ADSI Process at MP Clinic

1 Fat Harvesting

The doctor assesses and selects a suitable area, then harvests the required amount of fat, with safety and individual suitability in mind.

2 SVF Separation and Preparation

The fat tissue goes through a process of separating and preparing its cellular components to obtain SVF for treatment.

3 Nanofat Preparation

The fat is prepared into tiny particles using Adinizer, a mechanical processing system that uses blades to separate and reduce the size of the fat tissue, for use together with SVF according to the treatment plan.

4 Scalp Injection

The doctor injects the areas that need restoration, based on each person’s scalp condition and hair loss problem.

5 Care and Follow-Up

After the treatment, continuous care is planned to assess changes in the scalp and hair over the following period.

What Does ADSI Help With?

The ADSI approach focuses on restoring the environment of the hair roots and scalp. The components of SVF and Nanofat contain various bioactive substances involved in repair, blood vessel formation and inflammation control.

It is therefore suitable for people with problems such as

  • Hair loss and thinning hair
  • Hereditary hair thinning
  • Weak hair roots
  • Those who want to restore scalp health
  • Those looking for a hair root restoration approach using tissue from their own body

Results vary from person to person, and a doctor’s assessment is recommended before treatment.

How Is ADSI Different from General Hair Loss Treatments?

ADSI focuses on restoring the hair root environment from within, using components prepared from the client’s own fat tissue, combined with other forms of hair root care as appropriate. Its concept is therefore different from treatments that only stimulate hair from the outside.

The ADSI Program at MP Clinic

For continuous hair root care, the program includes

  • 1 ADSI session
  • 1 PRP session included
  • Vitamin D level test included
  • 1 free RLT light therapy session

The doctor will assess the hair and scalp before planning treatment, to choose the most suitable approach for each individual.

ADSI FAQ

Q1. Does ADSI hurt?

The sensation varies from person to person. The doctor will administer local anesthesia and provide care to reduce discomfort during the procedure.

Q2. What is ADSI?

ADSI is a hair root restoration approach that uses the client’s own fat tissue, prepared into components such as SVF and Nanofat, before being applied to the scalp according to the doctor’s treatment plan.

Q3. What hair problems is ADSI suitable for?

It is suitable for those with hair loss, thinning hair, weak hair roots, or those who want to restore their scalp health.

Q4. Where is the fat taken from?

The doctor selects a suitable area for harvesting the tissue, based on the amount needed and each person’s physical condition.

Q5. Does it require a lot of fat?

Generally, only the amount suitable for the treatment process is used. It is not liposuction for removing excess fat. The amount depends on the doctor’s treatment plan.

Q6. Can ADSI be combined with PRP?

Yes, they can be planned together. The MP Clinic program includes PRP as part of the care, to support hair root care through another approach.

Q7. Are ADSI and AMT the same?

No. Although both aim to restore hair roots, they differ in tissue source, preparation process and the components used. The doctor will choose the most suitable approach for each individual.

Q8. How many ADSI sessions are needed to see results?

The number of sessions cannot be set the same for everyone. The doctor will assess the cause of hair loss, the degree of thinning and the condition of the hair roots before planning.

Q9. Can I resume my daily activities after the treatment?

You can return to your daily routine as usual, but you should strictly follow the care instructions for the scalp and the fat harvesting area.

Q10. How long do ADSI results last?

The duration of results varies from person to person, depending on the cause of hair loss, age, genetics, hair root condition and ongoing care, so regular follow-up with the doctor is recommended.
