Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to delivering value. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, we are happy to review refund requests under the conditions below.

1. Refund Eligibility
- First Payment Refund Guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of initial payment if usage has not exceeded the free plan scope.
- Monthly subscriptions: No refund for the elapsed month, but you may cancel immediately (no charge for the following month).
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund for unused months, minus the monthly rate for months already used.
- Non-refundable items: Domain fees, Stripe processing fees, and Add-on service fees.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 7 days after the initial payment.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- Auto-renewal payments after prior notification has been sent.
- Cases where more than 80% of the plan quota has been consumed (e.g., pages, media).
- Fees for services already consumed.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Submit a request to billing@ezweb.co.th including: account name, email, payment date, and reason for refund.
- The Company will acknowledge within 2 business days and make a decision within 5 business days.
- If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment card/account within 5–10 business days (varies by bank).
- Payments made via Stripe will be refunded automatically through Stripe.
4. Free Trial
- Plans that include a free trial period will not be charged during the trial.
- Users may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no cost via Portal → Packages → Cancel Subscription.
- If not cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan will be charged automatically.
- Charges after the trial period constitute the first payment and are subject to the refund conditions in Section 1.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
- Cancel at any time via Portal → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- After cancellation, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
- Pages exceeding the Free plan quota (2 pages) will be hidden, not deleted — restored upon upgrading.
- Custom domains will be detached; the site continues to work via the EZWeb subdomain.
6. Service Discontinuation by the Company
In the event the Company decides to discontinue EZWeb Platform, at least 60 days' notice will be given, and pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
7. Payment Disputes (Chargebacks)
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact billing@ezweb.co.th before initiating a chargeback with your bank. The Company is happy to resolve issues directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting the Company first may result in immediate account suspension.
