Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance and Participation

• Using a Referral Link or any Affiliate feature constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
• The Affiliate Program is open only to users with a verified EZWeb account.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate the participation of any party found to be in violation of this Agreement.

2. Commission Structure

• Commission rate: 20% of the referred user's actual first payment amount.
• Calculated on: The amount paid after all taxes and discounts.
• One-time commission per referred user — no recurring commissions.
• No earning cap — you may refer unlimited users.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates with at least 30 days' prior notice.

3. Referral Tracking

• Referral links follow the format: ezweb.co.th/join?ref={your-code}
• The Affiliate code is tracked via Cookie valid for 30 days from the date of the link click.
• If a referred user clicks links from multiple Affiliates within 30 days, only the first click is attributed (First Click Attribution).
• Cookie deletion or use of Incognito Mode may result in incomplete tracking. The Company is not responsible for this.
• No technical methods may be used to force or falsify link clicks.

4. Credit Conditions

• Credit is earned when: the referred user registers an EZWeb account and makes their first payment for a paid plan.
• Credits are in 'Pending' status for 30 days (clearing period) after the referred user's payment date.
• After 30 days, credits become 'Available' and a payout can be requested.
• Credits will be cancelled if: the referred user requests a refund or cancels within 30 days, fraud is detected, or payment fails.

5. Payouts and Compensation

• Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 THB per request.
• A Stripe Connect Express account must be connected before requesting a payout.
• Transfers are processed via Stripe Transfer to the connected account.
• Transfer timeline: 1–5 business days after Stripe approval (varies by destination bank).
• Stripe Connect fees (if any) are deducted from the transfer amount.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or destination banks.

6. Tax and Legal Obligations

• Affiliate income may be subject to personal or corporate income tax under Thai law.
• Participants are solely responsible for filing and paying applicable taxes.
• The Company will provide income documentation as required by law upon request.
• If income reaches withholding tax thresholds, the Company reserves the right to deduct withholding tax at the legally required rate.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Self-referral using alternate accounts is strictly prohibited — the Company will detect and void such credits.
• Do not use deceptive advertising, misleading claims, or false statements about EZWeb.
• Do not spam email, social media, or any channel with referral links.
• Do not use EZWeb's name, logo, or branding without authorization.
• Do not represent yourself as an official employee or representative of EZWeb.
• Do not use bots, traffic exchanges, click farms, or any non-human traffic methods.
• Do not run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid advertising using the keyword 'EZWeb' without written permission.

8. Fraud Detection and Review

• The Company reserves the right to review all referrals and cancel credits suspected of being fraudulent.
• Indicators that may be reviewed include: IP addresses, device fingerprinting, unusual patterns.
• Accounts found to be engaged in fraud will be suspended immediately with no pending compensation.
• The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of fraud causing financial damage.

9. Program Termination

• You may exit the program at any time — 'Available' credits remain withdrawable for 90 days.
• The Company may discontinue or restructure the program with at least 30 days' notice.
• Credits in 'Pending' status upon exit will be cancelled.
• Affiliate credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Company does not guarantee a minimum income from this program.
• Results depend on each Affiliate's own efforts.
• The Company is not responsible for promotional costs incurred by Affiliates (e.g., advertising costs).
• The Company's maximum liability to any Affiliate is limited to the credit balance held in the account.

11. Changes to Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Affiliate Link after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
