THE FIRST THING EVERYONE ASKS

Delivery

Almost everyone asks the same thing first: does the box say anything? It does not.

What the box looks like

A plain box: no shop name, nothing naming the product, no picture. Whoever takes the parcel in for you sees an ordinary parcel.

If something is wrong on arrival

Message us straight away and we will look at it case by case.

The box is longer than most people plan for

If you are ordering a full-size doll, clear the space before it arrives. The box is always longer than the doll: a 168 cm doll needs roughly 175–180 cm of clearance, which is longer than most under-bed gaps and longer than nearly every wardrobe. If your hallway or lift is tight, measure first — it is easier than solving it on the doorstep. Compare all three sizes

What it weighs when you carry it in

Height goes up in a straight line; weight goes up as a cube. A doll 15% taller is around 50% heavier. For a sense of it: a 20-litre water container is about 20 kg, a sack of rice 50 kg, and a 168 cm doll sits between them — harder to carry than either, because the weight shifts. If there are stairs, have a second person ready.

What to do first when it arrives

Wash it before first use. Anything new has been through a factory, a box and a courier. Use warm water — not hot — and a mild, unscented soap, then dry it completely before storing. The full care guide
